■ About the required time
Please allow approximately "course time + 20 to 30 minutes," including the foot bath and changing before treatment. If you are in a hurry, the foot bath can be shortened, so please feel free to let the staff know upon arrival.
■ About changes and cancellations
As we secure treatment time in advance and prepare for your visit, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation.
○ Cancellation made by the day before: free of charge
○ Same-day cancellation: 50% of the treatment fee
○ Cancellation without notice: 100% of the treatment fee
A cancellation fee may be charged as stated above.
*This does not apply in unavoidable circumstances such as poor health or transportation delays.
