Regarding reservation changes or cancellations
Our salon secures your treatment time in advance and prepares accordingly.
If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellations made by the day before are free of charge.
Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and no‑show cancellations may incur 100% of the treatment cost.
However, this does not apply in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or public transportation delays.
