■ Advance Reservation Discount
This discount applies only if all conditions are met at the time your booking is confirmed.
It cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Peak seasons (such as Golden Week, the Obon period, and the New Year holidays) are excluded from this offer.
■ Cancellation Policy (Important)
Changes or cancellations: Please contact us no later than the day before your appointment.
Same-day cancellations: A cancellation fee of **100% of the service fee** will be charged.
Same-day bookings: Any cancellation after confirmation will incur an immediate 100% cancellation fee.
Late arrivals: If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation (100% fee). Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.
Emergencies: If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness, please contact us by phone.
