• One person may make a reservation on behalf of up to three guests at once. In that case, all guests must book the same course.
• If you would like different courses, please make a reservation from each account separately.
• Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comment field.
[Information Regarding Staff]
Our salon has both male and female spa therapists on staff.
If you have a gender preference, please be sure to select your preferred gender when making the reservation.
If you choose "No preference" or do not specify a gender, either a male or female spa therapist will be assigned according to availability.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate gender changes after your arrival.

• For customers visiting from overseas, service will be provided using a translation tool.
• We are unable to provide treatment to guests with hair extensions, special hairstyles such as cornrows, pregnant guests, or those who are feeling unwell.
