• One person may book for up to three guests together. In that case, all guests will be booked under the same treatment course.
• If you prefer different courses, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
• Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comment field.
[Regarding late arrivals and cancellations]
• If you arrive late for your reservation, your treatment time may be shortened. For reservation changes, lateness, or cancellations, please be sure to contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass from your reservation time and we cannot reach you and you do not arrive, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. In the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee may apply.
• If same-day no-shows occur repeatedly, online reservations may be disabled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
