【For bookings with multiple guests】
・One guest may book for up to three people at once. In that case, all guests must reserve the same treatment course.
・If you prefer different courses, please make separate reservations from each guest’s account.
・Please write the names of the accompanying guests in the comment section.
【Regarding late arrivals and cancellations】
・If you arrive later than your scheduled time, your treatment may be shortened. For schedule changes, delays, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
・If more than 10 minutes pass from your appointment time without contact or arrival, it will be treated as a no-show. A cancellation fee may apply in the case of a no-show.
・Repeated same-day no-shows may result in restrictions on online booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
【Other information】
・For guests visiting from overseas, our staff will use translation tools for communication.
・We do not provide services to guests wearing hair extensions, those with special hairstyles such as cornrows, those who are pregnant, or those feeling unwell.
